Total consultancy ELENA-Green home's energy technical part
The project aims to carry out various energy screenings with a focus on energy savings and the related preparation of energy technical requirements for the execution of a major renovation, which Boligselskabet Sjaelland is in charge ofrfor.
Elena-Green Home's energy technical part is an independent project. The project must be carried out in connection with the implementation of comprehensive plans for three (3) different developments, namely Karlemoseparken, Parkvaenget and Knolden, with the possibility of a fourth (4th) project in the form of an option, De Fire Gaare they.
The project aims to increase the energy efficiency standards for the upcoming renovations, and will therefore also concern many energy-related initiatives. The project must, among other things, identify energy selections and investments in building-integrated renewable energy sources. Thorough energy audits must be carried outscreenings on each building to be renovated, and at the same time the most optimal solutions and measures must be chosen for each individual building.
The project must thus contribute to and support that the best financing structure and implementation model for energy efficiency measures blives determined.
