The City of Apopka seeks qualified towing Contractor(s) meeting all specifications, to provide vehicle towing, storage, and miscellaneous services to assist the Police Department, Code Enforcement, and Fleet Operations in securing public safety and fleet maintenance. It is in the best interest of the City and the public to have qualified Contractors to help ensure the safety of roadways after traffic incidents, crashes, disabled vehicles or other road hazards. It is the intent of the City, at its own discretion, to award a contract to multiple qualified contractors, meeting all requirements and specifications within this solicitation.Maximum allowable charges shall be in accordance with the rates as established and periodically amended by the Orange County Code of Ordinances § 35-58.
