The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for the Front-End Network and Element management application, Provision and Maintenance Services including migration from existing application to replace the current Castlerock SNMP manager and upgrade to an improved version with multiple protocol capabilities including the SNMP V3 and APIs that will have increased functionality and reporting. It is proposed that the contract will be for supply, installation, migration from existing platform, and support of the new management application on ESB hosted on-prem datacentre infrastructure.
