Design-Builder Firm Name: Austin Webcor Joint VentureProject Overview:The Project will program, design, construct, activate, and commission new passenger boarding bridges (PBB) at each gate of the International Terminal Boarding Area G. These gates accommodate narrow and wide body aircraft. The Project will remove and dispose of the existing PBBs that have reached the end of their design lives. The Project scope will also include installation of Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems (A-VDGS) for each gate, as well as the repair and improvement of concrete pavements and fire hydrant system infrastructure. The Project includes Air Operations Area (AOA) construction, civil engineering, utility infrastructure, foundations, superstructure, special systems, mechanical, plumbing, and telecommunication systems.
