1. Nature and scope of the work A traffic light will be established at the current T intersection, between Highway 456 H0lleveien and Highway 3975 Tangvallveien. In this connection, the current center island must be adjusted and a new right-hand turning lane must be created in the southbound direction. A new VA facility is to be built on behalf of Kristiansand municipality, the work with VA facilities must be invoiced directly to the municipality. See C2 point 26.2
