The aim of the training is to develop the digital competence of the trainees to securely set up a smart device and use applications to support daily life activities. The target group of the training is persons referred by the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund who need guidance to make their personal smart device more aware and functional.for establishment. The trainees have little or no previous exposure to smart devices.
