Small Business Sources Sought Notice SS24-0002

***THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION - NO AWARD SHALL BE MADE FROM THIS NOTICE**

The Puerto Rico Army National Guard Purchasing & Contracting Division (PRARNG P&C) is seeking potential sources from authorized training providers for self-paced, distance learning, training packages containing the following courses: Cellebrite Mobile Forensics Fundamentals (CMFF), Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO), and Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA). The training package is sought from authorized training providers to support personnel from the Puerto Rico Army National Guard Counter Drug Program Mission Training Requirements. Due to technical requirements inherent of the Counter & Drug Program, deviations or similar products will not be considered as a valid response for market research purposes.

The requirement will be implemented using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools. The applicable classification code is PSCS - U006 Educational/Training - Vocational/Technical.

Part I - Preliminary Requirement

Distance Learning - Self Paced: The self-paced nature of online learning enables students to review course materials as needed and practice their skill at their own convenience. The PRARNG Counter Drug Program requires online-self-paced distance learning training package to meet mission requirements and associated inherent tasks that are required of their mission in support of law enforcement agencies. The Government is seeking for about 10 licenses/training packages.
