Creation of a dynamic procurement system (DBR) for government training, education, curriculum and test development services, pursuant to Decree No. 396/2023 on government training and education procurement. (VIII. 24.) for organizations according to Section 1 (2) of Government Decree.

The establishment of the DBR c396/2023. (VIII. 24.) in order to order training, education, curriculum and test development services covered by the Government Decree. The validity period of the DBR set up in this way is a fixed period of 12 months.

This call is BT-2A brief description of the services defined in field 4 (point II.2.4) is contained in the "Technical description" that is part of the Public Procurement Documents (KD).

The estimated order of magnitude of the total quantity that the contracting authority intends to order during the duration of the DBR operation (12 months) (the DBR framework amount): HUF 2, 000, 000, 000, the estimated size of the largest order unit to be ordered was indicated in field BT-24 (point II.2.4) of the invitation.

At the same time, the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the procedure does not give rise to a call obligation, hence nem undertakes that it will make purchases in the indicated value, and the actual value of the purchases made in the bidding stages may exceed the estimated amount.
