PURSUANT TO FAR Subpart 5.2—Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions, THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT TO ACTION.

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NON-COMPETITIVE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME).

The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National National Insitutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award to InSphero INC, Tech Place, 74 Orion Street, Brunswick, ME, 04011, a purchase order for a Transcriptomics study - RNA-seq in Liver Spheroids Phase One. The essential characteristics of this study that limit the availability to a sole source is that this project is a continuation of a work currently ongoing at InSphero and data consistency is necessary.
