The subject of the order is the implementation of a project whose goal is to improve/transform and optimize the functioning of the support processes and activities of the public contracting authority in the following process areas: financial accounting and reporting, information and communication technologies, secretarial services, plannedie/controlling and organization, legal consultancy, management of human resources and social affairs, travel and transport services, public procurement, logistics, services connected with buildings, security, other internal services, by improving their efficiency and also standardizing the quality of their outputs. Project tthe transformation of support services is divided into two consecutive stages. The first stage is the analysis of the possibilities of transformation and optimization of the support processes of the public contracting authority and the development of a proposal for a new optimized model of their functioning and a study of the feasibility of its implementationmentation. The second stage of the project represents an OPTION for the implementation of a new operating model of public procurement support services based on a developed feasibility study.
