The Regional Administrative Agency of Southern Finland is planning to tender the translation services and language checking services of the regional administrative agencies. The regional administrative agencies handle tasks under the authority of eight different ministries, which are always linked to the valid government program.

Tasks includeamong others:

•social and healthcare guidance and supervision

•alcohol beverage serving and retail sales licenses and supervision

•veterinary care and animal protection guidance and supervision

•food safety guidance and supervision

•promotion of student legal protection

•competition supervision and consumerssecuring the position

•occupational safety supervision

•environmental healthcare guidance and supervision

•early education guidance and supervision

•state grants for youth, sports and library projects

•permit and compensation matters according to the Environmental Protection and Water Act

•assessment of the regional availability of basic services
