Tenders are invited for Translation of SCI documents and Creation and ongoing refinement of a translation memory and glossary

Translation of SCI documents from English into our key languages: French, LatAm Spanish and Arabic.
Creation and ongoing refinement of a translation memory and glossary of key terms per language pair to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Opening date: 19 October 2023
Closing date: 9 November 2023

The requirement for this tender is predominantly translation policy documentation from English into French, Spanish and Arabic. For the purpose of this tender, translation includes proofreading by a second linguist and review by the translator. Translations must be delivered in the original file format, and provided as a .tmx file if such request is made by SCI Translations Unit.

We are looking for suppliers who can provide high-quality, accurate and consistent translation of documents written by SCI for reference by SCI staff and Save the Children members across the globe. We may also require translation of documents written by SCI from English to our core languages for diverse external audiences.

Additionally, we may also require interpreting services from/into our core languages and other languages for online conferences and meetings held internally with Save the Children members, and partners.
