Duties of the tenderer In addition to taking ownership from the tenderer's area of operation, loading the technological waste resulting from wastewater treatment onto a transport vehicle, receiving it, transporting it to an officially approved site and handling it in accordance with the applicable legal regulationsand - in 3 parts, taking into account the relevant legal provisions, with the smallest possible environmental load and with the smallest environmental risk.
If the waste does not correspond to the landfill, in that case it must be accepted as hazardous waste.
