Creative invites qualified vendors (Offerors) to submit a quotation that identifies the item each offeror can deliver from the certain items identified in Attachment B of this RFQ. The Agreement resulting from this RFQ will be a BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) that will allow for Purchase Orders to be issued in support of the Basic Education Activity funded under USAID Cooperative Agreement No. 72029423CA00011. All quotations are due by the date and time stated above. Any quotation received after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive. Late quotations will not be evaluated.
During the life of the BPA, Creative intends on issuing multiple BPA RFQ-s to eligible BPA holders to submit quotes for the procurement and delivery of items identified in Attachment B that will be further defined and quantified. The winner of individual BPA RFQ-s will be awarded a Purchase Order to deliver the items to the pre-determined location(s). Creative understands the Price Volatility for specific items and the evolving issues regarding Border Crossing/Transport to locations inside Gaza. Prior to issuing a BPA RFQ, Creative will conduct market research to determine an acceptable price range for delivery to specific locations which will be used in evaluating proposals.
