Description : The Department of Education - Schools Division of Ilocos Sur is in need of Suppliers for the Transportation Service of the NTWG for the National Festival of Talents (NFOT) with the following details:
ITEM AND DESCRIPTION
1 Transportation service for the NTWG for 4 days (Van) 12 unit
Administrative Arrangement:
1.The winning bidder shall:
a. transport the NTWG from their Hotel (to be announced later) to the contest venues (Ilocos Sur Community College, STI Vigan City, Vigan Convention Center, Data College Philippines, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur Provincial Capitol, Immaculate Conception School of Theology, Provincial Farmers Development and Livelihood Center) and vice-versa;
b. be on standby for emergency transport needs; c. ensure their safe and timely transfer to the various contest venues.; d. be available from May 19 to May 22, 2025, between 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM, or as the need arises; and
e. shoulder the food, gas, and accommodation of the driver.
