Description
The Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037, and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located at Detroit MI, Ann Arbor MI, Saginaw MI, Wyoming MI, Benton Harbor MI, Lansing MI, Muskegon MI, and Kalamazoo MI is soliciting and intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Ordering Period Contract for Assisted Patient Wheelchair-Accessible Van Transportation Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide wheelchair van and car for hire (taxi) transportation services for eligible beneficiaries, SMT Veterans, Veterans with Visual Impairments, and their attendants, escorts, and caregivers.This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is November 01, 2024, for a base period of one (1) year plus one (1) year option period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 30, 2024. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
