Triennial Term Contract for the Maintenance and Repair of, Alterations and Additions to Fire Service Installations for Airport Venues
Description:-The scope of the works includes provision of routine and/or corrective maintenance works, additions, alterations, replacement and improvement works, for fire service installations at various airport venues. The contract is scheduled to commence in November 2024 for expiry in October 2027.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Fire Service Installation (Group II)- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Fire Service Installation (Group II)- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Fire Service Installation (Group II)” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 30 April 2024 to Mr HUI ...
