Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendors.The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents for a solution with proven capabilities to supply, implement, and support a mobile trip planning end-user application that seamlessly integrates with The City-s mobile ticketing solution (Masabi Justride software development kit (SDK).The Solution will provide an intuitive user interface offering multimodal trip plans in real-time, mobile fare payments using seamless integration with Masabi-s Justride SDK, and additional features to support Calgary Transit-s customers.See Appendix F for more details on Deliverables.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.The Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year terms to a total maximum term of seven (7) years. If the Agreement is renewed, pricing during renewal will be negotiated and price change will require substantiation with written/electronic documentation. The system will require upgrades and maintenance through the lifecycle of the contract as part of this agreement and with no additional cost to The City.
