The Transit Services Department of the City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide Zahnradfabrik Friedrichshafen (ZF) rods (the “Goods”), as described in the ANNEX A - SCOPE OF WORK, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions herein.The main user of this standing offer is intended to be Transit Services but other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions.It is the City-s intent to authorize the Standing Offer to the lowest responsive Respondent in accordance with SECTION THREE - EVALUATION AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY.Basis of Authorization is subject to Respondent-s best delivery date not greater than seven (7) business days after receipt of order (ARO).
