Project Description : The University of Alberta is entering into an Agreement with Twilio Inc. in order to obtain communications functionality to facilitate a research project.The Twilio Platform is the only product that will facilitate the following functions:• lControl of the logic of ResilienceNHope flow based on communication channel, custom branching logic, and Flow-level variables. • Build of flexible communications applications without spinning up servers or rallying dev ops. • Use drag and drop tools alongside custom code to craft and iterate prototypes and go live quickly• Orchestration of conversational workflows across environments, from chatbots, to IVRs, to appointment reminders • Build of dynamic IVRs that respond intelligently to customer inputs using AI and flexible APIs.• Send of text messages with a few lines of code. • Start of in-depth API documentation or use open-source code samples for shortcuts to common use cases.
