Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service/Alaska Fisheries Science Center requires two (2) marine-grade electric portable winches for deploying and retrieving underwater survey cameras.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number 1333MF24Q0156 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.
(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333923 - Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist, and Monorail Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1, 250 Employees. This solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses under FAR Part 19 only. Any business submitting a quote for this requirement must be certified and active in SAM.gov as a WOSB concern with the necessary registrations. Submissions from businesses not certified as a small business will not be considered. Vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
