9/30/2024 Addendum No. 1 answering one question received and extending the End Date to submit your response to the Solicitation to 10/7/24 3PM CT has been posted to the Solicitation. THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor(s) to provide Type 3 Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) services fully contractor operated and equipped as per the attached specifications for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
