Framework agreement with minimum and maximum amount executed by the issuance of purchase orders.

Each lot will be subject to a separate allocation.

The purpose of this framework agreement is the inspection of the submerged supports of the construction works art of the departmental road network by autonomous divers, the creationbathymetry and the drafting of visit reports.

The main objectives of the mission are as follows:

- assess the state of the submerged parts of a structure

- identify the causes of the disorders

- analyze the consequences and predict the risks of evolution

- assess the urgency and define thenature of maintenance and repair work

- participate in assessments on submerged structures

- carry out control and monitoring of repairs on aquatic sites
