Collier County is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entitlement community. These services are required to complete all underwriting projects for our HOME-ARP FY 2020-2021 Project for all grants to begin June 1, 2024 or once a vendor is selected. HOME-ARP projects have very rigid requirements; therefore, in order to ensure compliance, we engage the services of a consultant. The consultant may perform credit underwriting, subsidy layering, cost allocations, market study reviews, and any other necessary/requested services related to underwriting compliance, as well as ongoing technical assistance, for the County-s subrecipient and the affordable housing project has been awarded by the County.
