UNDP will remodel its country office (CO) facilities, referring to the Savior UNDP offices. These are located in the United Nations Building No. 2B, Boulevard Order of Malta Sur, former Cuscatlán, La Libertad. The total area planned to remodel is up to a maximum of 850.0 mts2, two -level distributed on the third floor with an area of up to 600 mts2, and on the fourth floor with an area of up to 250.00 mts2. It is expected to start the remodeling work by the end of December 2023 and have the facilities in mid -March 2023. To carry out the remodeling works, UNDP has hired a company for architectural design and interior design. UNDP is initiating the necessary efforts to conduct a competed process for the remodeling work. UNDP seeks companies interested in participating in the competed process to select the contractor, so it submits to the consideration of the interested parties, the following expression of interest, in order to prepare a short list for the second phase, in which it will be invited to Companies to present a technical and financial offer.
