The geographic information system (GIS) LIDS is used by the Civil Engineering Department of the Canton of Argovie (ATB) to document operating and safety equipment (BSA) and road drainage (SEW). To guarantee the Update of the BSA and SEW cadastre, a continuous update must be organized. ATB does not have own resources for these updates. With this submission, an appropriate service company (engineering company) with an appropriate employee and an assistant is responsible for taking care of the current follow -up with a burden of Total work of 60 % as a monitoring service provider. The extent of the services of the mandated monitoring service provider is the recording of newly built objects, modified or demolished directly with Lids in the Cadastre BSA and SEW.
