Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall have minimum 03 (Three) years general experience in the supply, installation and maintenance of web based application software;2. The tenderer shall have experience of RHD MIS Structure Data knowledge;3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods is minimum Tk. 5, 00, 000 (Tk. Five Lacs)Under a single contract in the last 03 (Three) year-s Supply of similar goods means supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of web based Laboratory Test Management Software;4. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: Manufacturer's Production Capacity for web based Laboratory Test Management Software shall be minimum 10 per year;5. Tenderer having its own web based Laboratory Test Management software would be running in RHD Server will be preferable.6. Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter is required from original manufacturer for web based Laboratory Test Management Software;7. The tenderer shall have ready for web based Laboratory Test Management Software (preferable built in open source platform) with Existing Laboratory Test Information.8. Tenderer must demonstrate the web based Laboratory Test Management Software during technical evaluation.9. Not blacklisted or debarred from any Government or Semi-Government organization or Government owned company;
