A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the design competition is to find the best design design and partner to reach the final solution of the renovation of the Museum of the Bank of Estonia and to enter into a design contract with the winner under the terms and conditions. The design competition shall be organized pursuant to clause 128 (1) 1) of the Public Procurement Act (RHS) with the aim of concluding a design competition with the winner of the design competition (participant in the design competition) without negotiations under § 49 (6) of the RHS.
