Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through CY 2024 GAA intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and Twenty-Four Centavos (Php18, 437, 386.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrade and Migration of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to ERP - Financial Application Software in DOTr-CO (Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be within fifteen (15) calendar days after the issuance and receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall be completed for a period of Eight (8) months. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
