Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through CY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and Twenty-Four Centavos (Php18, 437, 386.24) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Upgrade and Migration of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to ERP - Financial Application Software in DOTr-CO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
