THE SUPPLIER SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE OPERATOR TRAINING SIMULATOR OTS SOLUTION FOR THE COMPANYS LOW SULPHUR FUEL OIL LSFO COMPLEx THE OTS MODELS ARE TO COVER ALL UNITS INVOLVED IN THE COMPLEx THESE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING NO 2 HYDRODESULPHURISATION UNIT 2HDU NO 1 HYDROGEN PLANT 1H2P NO 6 VACUUM DISTILLATION UNIT 6VDU NO 3 SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT NO 2 TAIL GAS TREATING UNIT 3SRU 2TGTU AND NO 4 SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT 4SRU THE OTS SOLUTION MUST ALSO INCLUDE A ROBUST TRAINING PACKAGE WHICH ALLOWS FOR TRAINING MONITORING EVALUATION AS WELL AS CERTIFICATION AND RE CERTIFICATION OF OPERATIONS STAFF THE SUPPLIER MUST PROVIDE ALL HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLETE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE OTS SOLUTION THE SUPPLIER SHALL ALSO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR ENGINEERS AS WELL AS END USERS TRAINERS
