Bahrain Bourse would like to request a proposal for upgrading the SAN switches with the latest hardware as the current ones reached their end of life and support. Upgrading the switches to the latest available hardware will enhance the performance, stability, functionality, increase the compatibility, extend the support continuity, provide a more enhanced and secure system overall. 1- Planning and Design: o Planning the implementation phase activities and milestone including a rollback plan. o Document low-level design and configuration details. o Validate the existing Brocade SAN environment and document switch models, firmware, licenses, port usage, zone configurations, and cabling. o Verify all connected SAN devices have compatible firmware for new SAN switches. o Create a backup of the existing SAN configuration, including zoning and switch settings. 2- Delivery of items listed in Bill of Quantity. o An engineer is required to supervise the delivery team 3- Hardware and OS
