Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Upgrading and Extension of Sabaghia School in Sabaghia Village, Zab Subdistrict, Hawija District

1.Casting plain concrete with slope for handicapped path:
Prepare materials to cast plain concrete for the path using Concrete 1: 2: 4 and thickness of not less than 15 cm, it is necessary to cast due to required slope (8%). Work includes shuttering (woodwork) and giving non-slipper surface.
Price includes (If needed):
• Excavation of edge walls (40*25) cm.
• Casting foundation by concrete class C21 with thickness 20 cm and width 40 cm over thick nylon.
• Building both edge of the concrete by solid concrete block the wall thickness should be 40 cm with cement mortar as required elevation .
• Filling by clean compacted sub-base materials as required elevation.
• Plastering by cement mortar 1:3 of edge walls.
• Painting by emulation paint of edge walls.
2.Casting Reinforced concrete:
Prepare materials to cast area using Concrete 1:2:4 mixing ratio and thickness of not less than 15 cm, reinforced by (BRC) spaced at (15×15) cm and a dia. of 6 mm and use thick nylon under the casting, including execution of expansion joints at intervals not exceeding three meters in two direction, the width of the joint should not be less than 2.5 cm, Styrofoam should be used to create the joints. The joints should be filled with mortar. with suitable inclination for water drainage. Any inclination that does not achieve the goal will be rejected and the casting must be re-cast, and the contractor will bear responsibility and additional expenses. Work includes shuttering and using mechanical vibrator and helicopter for smoothing the concrete surface,
according to the technical specifications and guidance of the CRS engineers.
Price includes (If needed):
• Excavation of edge walls (40*25) cm.
• Casting foundation by concrete class C21 with thickness 20 cm and width 40 cm over thick nylon.
• Building both edge of the concrete by solid concrete block the wall thickness should be 40 cm with cement mortar as required elevation .

• Plastering by cement mortar 1:3 of edge walls.
• Painting by emulation paint of edge walls.
3. Installation of Main Gate steel doors: Supply materials and construct new gate on the school fence (Drawing I) dimension (3.80 x 2.00) m. including steps below:
1. Cracking the wall according to the dimensions of the door, preparing the floor, and transporting all the waste outside the work site.
2. Provide materials, labor and tools to build door column with dimensions) 40 * 40 (cm.
3. Provide materials, labor and tools to build Foundation of columns with dimensions )80 * 80 (cm
4. Supply and install a steel door & frame, and installation of a good quality lock according to the design prepared by the CRS engineers.
5. Steel Door made from (5cm x 5cm x 3 mm) square plate as shown in (Drawing I).
6. Door Frame made of angle plate (7.5cm x 7.5cm x 4mm).
7. Installation of the door frame vertically using 5 iron bars, width 5 cm and thickness of 0.5 cm. Should be imbedded not less than 25 cm in the fence on both sides of the door and be welded well with the frame and fixed by cement mortar.
8. Installation of the door to the frame with at least 5 hinges.
9. Paint the door and the frame with a layer of anti-rust primer paint, and two layers of oil-white paint.
10. Clean the site of all waste.
4.Maintenance of main Gate steel doors:
Supply materials and tools to repair the main gate steel door by welding, putting bolts, and replacing parts of the affected areas with new parts (angle plate, iron wheels …etc.) approved by CRS engineers and according to the technical specifications. Afterward, paint with anti- rust and final coat of oil paint (two layers).
5.Installation of Entrance steel doors:
1. Remove the old steel door and replace with new steel door with partition.
2. Supply and install 2 wings steel building entrance door with dimensions (2.00 * 2.80) m according to (Drawing II).
3. Remove the old Steel door.
4. Door Frame made of angle plate (5cm x 5cm x 4 mm).
5. Installation of the door frame vertically using 5 iron bars, width 5 cm and thickness of 0.5 cm. Should be imbedded not less than 25 cm in the fence on both sides of the door and be welded well with the frame and fixed by cement mortar.
6. Installation of the door to the frame with at least 5 hinges.
7. Paint the door and the frame with a layer of anti-rust primer paint, and two layers of oil-white paint.
8. The price includes all repairing due to implementation to this item. All works should be completed according to the technical specifications and instruction of the CRS engineer.
9. Clean the site of all waste
6.Installation of steel doors:
• Supply and install a new door (leaves only) from steel sheets with a thickness of Gage 18 (1.4 mm), according to the measurements of the required dimensions as shown in (Drawing III).
• The Door should be made of Square Plate (1.25” x 1.25” x Gage18). The door shall be designed and manufactured with three sections and fill the spaces with the gauge 18 plates (1.41 mm).
• To hold the door securely, there must be at least 4 hinges properly welded to the steel frame. The door will be fitted to the opening of the door frame accurately and according to the CRS engineers- instructions. The appropriate, high-quality lock will be installed. The contractor will paint with a first layer anti-rust painting, then the final two layers of oil painting per the CRS engineers and specifications. All work should be established according to the instructions of CRS engineers.
• Price includes:
1- Remove the old Steel door leaves.
2- The price includes all repairing due to implementation to this item. All works should be completed according to the technical specifications and instruction of the CRS engineer.
3- Clean the site of all waste.
4- Install door handle
5- Plastering by cement mortar 1:3 of edge doors.
6- Painting by emulation paint of edge doors.
7.Maintenance of Steel Door:
Repair steel Door with Daimonion (2.10x1.00) m (replacing handles or hinges or any other part, paint with oil paints). All works should be completed according to CRS engineer instructions.
8.Maintenance of Windows:
Repair windows (replacing leaves, hinges, or any other parts (paint with oil paints).
9.Installation of window handle:
Supply and install windows- handles (steel windows) of a good quality approved by the CRS engineers with all accessories and screws for installation. Welding must be done if necessary.
10. Fly wire mesh:
Provide fly wire mesh for windows as protection from insects. The mesh should be from the best quality available in the markets of a good quality approved by the CRS engineers with all accessories and screws for installation. Welding must be done if necessary
11.Installation of window steel Protection:
1. Supply materials and install steel protection for windows by making base from vertical and horizontal rectangular bars connected by welding to the steel mesh (DrawingIV) dimension (1x1) cm 2 mm thickness.
2. Installation of the window steel protection frame vertically with dimensions (1 x 1) Inch by 3 iron bars, width 5 cm and thickness of 0.5 cm. Should enter a distance of not less than 25 cm in the wall on both sides of the window and up and down and be welded well with the frame and fixed by cement mortar.
3. It must then be painted with anti-rust primer and finished with two layers of oil paint
12. Installing glass for windows:
Supply and install good quality glass of 4 mm thickness. glass should be cut and installed with accurate size to fit the exact window dimensions. The item includes installing of rubber frame for PVC windows to avoid glass movement. in steel windows, a special paste from a good quality approved by supervisor engineer must be used for installation of the glass to the frame.
13.Masonry works for Wall:
1. Provide materials, labor and tools to Build the fence using hollow concrete blocks (40*20*20) cm with cement mortar 1:3 by 20 cm thickness. Expansion joints should be Built each 3 m with Dimensions of 40*40 cm.
2. Excavate (60*40) cm for the Fence Foundation according to (Drawing V).
3. lay a 10 cm of subbase materials with good watering and compaction.
4. Provide materials, labor, and tools to pour concrete for the fence foundation with width 60 cm and height 40 cm using class C25 concrete SRC.
5. Build two layers with solid concrete block (40*20*15) cm with wall thickness 40 cm on Fence Foundation with height 30 cm with cement mortar 1:3.
6. Refill the edges of the Foundation using the Sub-Base material with watering compaction.
7. The price includes plastering with cement and sand mortar 1:3 from both sides and up and painting all sides by using 3 layers of emulsion.
8. All the work should be executed according to the technical specifications and instruction of CRS engineer.
14.Gypsum repair:
Supply material and labor to repair the gypsum plastering, in classrooms and management department or anywhere else indicated by CRS engineer according to Iraqi specification.
The work includes repairing of wall cracks by removing 25cm of damaged gypsum plastering at each side of the crack, then filling the cracks with cement mortar 1:3 and using SBR at a rate of 200gr per m2, then lay a layer of plastic mesh on the area under the gypsum plastering, with all requirements to complete a good work. All the work should be done according to the CRS engineer.
15.Cement plastering:
Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:3. The locations should be cleaned before plastering. The price includes chicken wire mesh and filling the crack by cement mortar 1:3
16.Painting:
Paint the interior walls of the school by emulsion paint and oil paint. The oil paint should be up to the height of 1.4 m.
