Penrith City Council is looking to update its website, this will be undertaken in two phases, being: phase 1 will involve a Ux Specialist (the purpose of this RFQ) and phase 2 will involve using the information gained from phase 1 to provide the brief towards commissioning a provider to assist with the development, testing and launch of the new website.
