In this procurement, the customer is looking for excellent alliance partners to implement the Vantaa tram project plan and the tramway system according to the Vantaa tram Helsinki project section, as well as the construction of streets and municipal engineering to be done in the same connection.
Vantaa tram is a new tramwayconstruction project, which includes, among other things, the design and construction of the tramway as well as related street arrangements and possible road arrangements as well as cable and equipment relocations. The design and construction of the tramway system involves other street and municipal engineering design and constructionto the appropriate extent.
To implement the Vantaa ratikka project, two alliances will be tendered, which will integrate during the development phase and form a joint project organization. One alliance is responsible for the Western part (including the section of the Tikkurilanraitio tunnel), the other for the Eastern part. The alliances are jointly responsible for the delivery and commissioning of a complete and functional tramway system.
Service providers are tendered through two separate procurements. The second separate procurement is aimed at the tendering of the Builder parties, the other at the tendering of the Designer parties.
RakeThe object of ntaja's separate procurement is the project management and construction tasks of the Vantaa trolleybus, as well as possibly design tasks as procurements during the development phase.
