C) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as part of the specific contract stipulated by ESTAR in adhesion to Consip's SPC Cloud Lot 1 framework contract, referred to inprevious resolution no. 386 of 07/09/2021, for the implementation of the SSR screening project, with the winner being the RTI having Telecom Italia spa as agent, for a total amount of €962, 646.30 i.e., with the consequent total reduction of the contractual amount of euros 329, 946.58.
