The provision of an upgrade/replacement of the Department of Parlimentary Services for its Broadcast Video Character Generator (VCG) graphics solution. The Successful Tenderer is expected to : 1. Deliver a costed design for the replacement/upgrade of the Broadcast Video Character Graphics solution including hardware, networks, commercial and optionally customised software. 2. Provision, install and test replacement 16 VCG Playout Machines and associated commercial software. 3. Optionally provision, install and test the following customised VCG Client Software Applications : a. Broadcast Production VCG Client. b. Events in Progress (EIP) VCG Client. 4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for any customised software they develop. 5. Deliver a range of detailed technical documentation including any customised software application source code in editable form as required to support the new solution. 6. Provide level 3 support for the VCG solutions
