Tenders are invited from suitably qualified supplier to provide a Managed Service for the following:• Support and maintenance of Energy Queensland-s videoconferencing fleet (existing Cisco devices and any new devices installed during the Term)• Quarterly onsite Preventative Maintenance visits for Boardrooms in Newstead, Townsville and Rockhampton and CEO Room Newstead• Cisco Webex Licensing• Quote, Design and Installation services for any new or upgraded rooms.• Supply of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual Hardware for any new/upgraded rooms (Webex and Teams native capability) with Warehouse Services prior to installation. • Due to the rate of change of technology available, it is highly desirable that the Supplier can supply a range of products/manufacturers, providing EQL with choice based on requirements, functionality, and budget.
