The procurement will include transcription, subtitling and subtitle translation services for media files (video and audio files). Possible translations of subtitles are mostly done in Swedish or English, but in individual cases there may be other languages as well. Some of the videos are subtitled at the same timein language (mostly Finnish, can also be Swedish or English). The service provider produces video subtitles in WebVTT format, unless otherwise agreed. If agreed separately, the subtitles can also be delivered burned into the video.

MARKKINIMPLEMENTATION OF THE OPEN DIALOGUE:
The procurement unit can send draft tender materials to the companies registered for the market dialogue. In addition, the procurement unit reserves the opportunity to invite companies registered for the market dialogue to company-specific (remote) meetings. Market shiftthose who participated in the fun are not compensated for their participation.
