Expression of Interest are invited for Viet Nam Pre- and Post-Issuance of Green and Sustainability Bonds
The World Bank (WB) in Viet Nam is assisting select sovereign; subnational; and/or corporate entities to promote issuances of green and sustainability bonds in the domestic and international capital markets. To support this activity; the WB is looking to hire a Consulting Firm to conduct [a] pre-issuance verification of Green/Sustainability Bond Framework of the issuer; and/or [b] post-issuance report on allocation of proceeds in conformance with the Green/Sustainability Bond Framework of the issuer. These two works may be separated based on the issuer need.
