Scope of Service:
The service provider should be able to provide the biometrics fingerprint
scanner inclusive of metal casing, battery with automatic charging, installation
and configuration.
General Requirements:
1. Two (2) units of Virdi AC6000 with metal casing
2. Two (2) back up batteries with automatic charging
3. One (1) year warranty for parts and services
4. Mounting, installation and configuration should be included
5. Delivery of the items should be free of charge
6. Price quotation should be denominated in the Philippine Peso and inclusive
of 12% VAT and all other applicable taxes and charges. Price validity shall
be for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):
The supplier shall bid for all items described in this Terms of Reference. which
shall not exceed the Approved Budget for Contract in the amount of One
Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150, 000.00).
Payment Scheme:
The payment for the service rendered shall be made within thirty (30) days after
the complete delivery and acceptance of the items and issuance of billing
statement of the supplier.
The IC shall not be held liable for any delay in the payment under reasonable
and acceptance circumstances.
