THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a market research/sources sought seeking information only. This is a sources sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition. This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. This should not be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the government to a particular acquisition approach or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.

The 934th Minnesota Air Force Reserve has a requirement for a virtual sand table that allows engineers and senior leaders to work with damage and repair operations in a virtual manner, developing concept of operations through endless scenarios to prepare them for today-s challenges.

The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, safety equipment, and any other items or services necessary to provide, install, set-up, and train personnel on the Virtual Sand Table and its operation. The contractor shall supply a Virtual Sand Table that meets the following specifications: - Quantity 3, 65 inch Smart Televisions

- Quantity 3, Touch Screen Overlays

- Quantity 1, Tower Computer

- Quantity 1, Instructor Podium

- Quantity 3 Television Table stands with shelving

- Cables and connections for equipment

- 3D printed RADR models Kit

- Software compatible with Air Force Geo Base system to allow connectivity to C2 operations

- Integrates with Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Command and Control (C2) Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) simulators to allow engineers to work with damage and repair operations in a virtual manner
