This RFQ seeks:• Visual inspection on all synthetic (davit arms, Slings, harnesses, ropes including retrieval lines, lanyards, drum lifters, webbing belts, Tripods, working at high equipment) at 6 months intervals (1st inspection commence in November 2024). A platform ladder required from supplier end to carry out the inspection. Inspection report for all equipment has to be provided with invoice.• Visual inspection and maintenance servicing on all non-synthetic equipment (gantry trolleys, D and bow shackles, block and tackles, electric pendant winches, lifting chains, latches) across EGW-s sites at East Gippsland region at 12 months intervals (1st inspection/service commence in June 2025). An Elevated Work Platform (EWP) and platform ladder are required from supplier end to carry out the inspection. Inspection report for all equipment has to be provided with invoice.
