2. The registered owner of the catering services shall be deemed liable in accordance to existing laws in case of confirmed findings that the food served is the cause of any food borned related health problem of the participants

3. The winning bidder shall pay the venue and the room accommodation of the exhibitors

4. Payment shall be made after services have been rendered and inspected by the DA authorized inspector

5. The winning bidder must provide back drop of the venue
