Description : Island Health is looking for qualified consultants to provide Change Management services on an as required basis for change initiatives and transformations at Island Health. The consultants will be expected to work with senior leadership team(s) (jointly and individually), an individual executive or an individual executive-s team (jointly and individually) with the goal of increasing benefits realization through key change management planning and activities. Proposals will be accepted from qualified proponents to be part of Island Health-s Vendor of Record for Change Management Services. As a Vendor of Record, the successful proponents may be invited by an Island Health executive to provide the above services under contract, at conditions included with this competitive process and rates acceptable to Island Health.
