The subject of the acquisition is VR Group's (hereinafter "VR") psychological suitability assessments.

This description of the object of procurement is preliminary.

The aim of the procurement contract is to acquire professionally, timely and error-free as possible and

cost-effectively produced services for VR consolesfor rn's companies. The agreement includes suitability assessments performed by railway psychologists approved by Traficom as defined by law for transporting rolling stock, as well as other assessment services performed by psychologists in accordance with VR's needs.

VR's recruitment needs are extensive and include vdifferent levels of suitability assessments can be used.

Suitability assessments can be carried out either as part of an external recruitment process or due to internal task changes.

Suitability assessments can be carried out in a company, e.g. for the following employee groups: locomotive drivers, yard workers, conductors, managers and experts.

Procurement documents and their content are completed during the procurement procedure and the final procurement object and

requirements are presented in the final tender request.

The procurement contract can also be used in VR's currently valid subsidiaries.

The contract period starts from the signing of the contract and is valid for three (3) years. After this, the procurement unit has the right to extend the contract twice with an option period of one (1) year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, including options, can be five (5) years.
