Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide for on-campus delivery and instruction of the Marine Technician Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Instructor course including pedagogical and logistics support resulting in a certificate from the institution. The Institution must be located within either the Halifax Regional Municipality, NS or the Greater Victoria, BC Municipalities. The first course must be delivered and available to Department of National Defence students no later than 9 September 2024. The duration of the Standing Offer is for a period of three years, plus options for up to an additional 3 years. The estimated quantity is 4 per fiscal year.Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
