The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bid (RFB) to select a qualified contractor to construct a new building to house sludge thickening equipment, to install preselected Rotary Drum Thickener and polymer equipment and associated equipment, to install one thickened sludge pump and associated piping, to supply and install one odour control equipment and associated piping, to supply and install plumbing equipment and associated piping, to supply and install pumps and associated piping, to supply and install yard piping, to construct an access road to the new building, supply and installation of pumps, necessary piping in the existing Biosolids Complex and all other upgrades.
Mandatory Tour of Facilities:
A mandatory Site Tour will be held at the Wasaga Beach WPCP on January 9, 2024 beginning at 11:00am. Please refer to section 1.14 of the RFB for more details. Please meet at 30 Woodland Dr., Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
All Bidders wishing to attend the mandatory site tour must confirm with the RFB contact person (Snehalata Kamath at procurement@ocwa.com) via an email by January 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm Toronto Time.
