The subject of the order is the acceptance of waste generated by the activities of VSD a.s. and VSE Holding a.s. as well as waste generated during reconstruction, repairs and maintenance of operated energy equipment and other objects of VSD a.s. and VSE Holding a.s. and will dispose of it in accordance with legal requirementsiadavkami.
The applicant declares the fulfillment of the requirements for the subject of the contract by submitting the current relevant authorizations for waste management for the scope and period of the offered service, which can be:
-Valid consent according to § 97 par. 1) of Act 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the operation of recovery facilitiesie waste
-Valid consent according to § 97 par. 1) of Act 79/2015 Coll. on waste, on the operation of a waste collection facility and an affidavit on the contractual assurance of recycling, evaluation of received waste (indicating the Rx method)
-Authorization for the processing of selected waste according to §89 of Act 79/2015Z. z.
-Registration according to § 98 Act 79/2015 Z .z. on waste and an affidavit on contractual assurance of recycling, recovery of accepted waste
-Integrated permit in case the waste recovery facility falls under IPKZ according to Act 39/2013 Coll. on integrated prevention and control of noisecleaning ŽP
-Integrated permit in, or if the operated equipment falls under IPKZ according to Act 39/2013 Coll. on integrated prevention and control of ŽP pollution
In addition to authorizations for waste management, the applicant shall submit for each offered waste management facility:
