Owned by the Tenderer on the basis of a general business contract, and according to the 386/2013. (xI.07.) On the basis of the authorization according to the government decree, arising on properties belonging to the environmental damage liability of Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő Zrt. (regularly arising during operational activities andperformance of waste management tasks related to waste) found during other activities.

Waste transportation and disposal

Owned by the tenderer, and the 386/2013. (xI.07.) On the basis of the authorization according to the government decree, the environmental liability of the Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő Zrt.the performance of waste management tasks related to waste generated on these properties (regularly generated during operational activities and found during remediation activities) within the framework of a business framework agreement.

The task consists of the performance of the following activities:

wasteprofessional collection and collection from the workplace collection point and transport to a licensed waste utilization and/or disposal site,

- handing it over to a licensed recipient, the bidding profession for the given HAK (Waste Identification Code)performance of the waste management task specified in the offer i,

-in those cases where the found waste falls within the scope of the concessionaire based on the applicable legal regulations, the collection, loading and, if necessary, sorting of the found waste according to the HAK code.
